Structural Heart Disease
Structural heart disease has matured from emerging specialty to mainstream pathway. Sessions cover aortic stenosis across surgical-risk strata, transcatheter mitral and tricuspid intervention (TEER, EVOQUE, PASCAL), left-atrial appendage closure, atrial septal and PFO closure, paravalvular leak management and the multi-valve patient. Discussion includes Heart Team workflows, lifetime management planning, durability data from the major TAVR cohorts, and the regulatory and reimbursement landscape shaping access. The track convenes interventionalists, imagers and cardiac surgeons.
