Pulmonary Hypertension
Pulmonary hypertension management has been transformed by sotatercept and a deeper understanding of pulmonary-vascular remodelling. Sessions cover Group 1 PAH pharmacotherapy (ERAs, PDE-5i, prostacyclins, sotatercept), CTEPH and pulmonary thromboendarterectomy, balloon pulmonary angioplasty, riociguat positioning, and PH related to left-heart disease, lung disease and chronic thromboembolism. Discussion addresses right-ventricular adaptation, exercise testing, advanced therapies including transplant referral, and the multidisciplinary PH centre model.
