Pulsed field ablation, conduction system pacing and AI arrhythmia detection.
Pulsed field ablation (PFA) has become the dominant atrial fibrillation energy modality, with FARAPULSE, PulseSelect, and Volt platforms generating durability data from ADVENT, MANIFEST-17K, and ongoing persistent-AF programs. The track covers ALONE-AF anticoagulation cessation, conduction system pacing as a CRT alternative (LBBP-RESYNC, LEFT-BUNDLE-CRT), and the leadless and extravascular ICD evolution (Aurora EV-ICD, AVEIR DR). VT ablation sessions examine substrate mapping, stereotactic radioablation, and emerging applications of PFA in ventricular arrhythmias.
