Trudie Lobban MBE, FRCP, is a renowned figure in the field of cardiac health, serving as the founder of international non-profit organizations, including the Arrhythmia Alliance, the AF Association, and STARS. Her dedication stems from personal experience, as she established STARS in 1993 following her daughter's diagnosis. Trudie has played a pivotal role in shaping UK standards for arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death. The Arrhythmia Alliance, a coalition she established, brings together diverse stakeholders to improve diagnosis and treatment. In 2007, Trudie launched the AF Association to address the increasing demand for atrial fibrillation resources. She has been a prominent speaker at global medical conferences, contributing to international initiatives and campaigns.
